What to do when you get here...

Road access is off Western Avenue only. Turn onto Excelsior Road at the Tesco Extra traffic lights. Follow signs for Talybont Student residences, which will take you first left of the mini roundabout and then first right towards McDonalds(please be aware that some sat navs may direct you to the wrong location if you use the postcode of the Sports Centre. We recommend using the postcode CF14 3AT, as it will get you to the correct entrance gate). There is a small road in the shadow of big trees, on the right-hand side opposite McDonalds car park, which leads to security gates. Drive up to the gates and press “Sport” on the intercom. The security will open the gates within a few seconds. Follow the road up and alongside the large astroturf pitch (which will be on your left), drive through the traffic calmer, which will get you to a large car park (the sports centre is the big building in front of you, behind the orange -surfaced multipurpose pitch). Drive straight on (in the shadow of the big trees on your right) following signs for Southgate House. When you arrive at Southgate House, you are at the back of the sports centre. Now follow signs for the Sports centre. When you get around the corner, you will see a big building with large red signs all over it (Cardiff University Sports) and the Disabled parking space and small car park are just to the right of the entrance. Parking is free for our clients.

Please report to the reception and they show you to our waiting room. Our physiotherapist will collect you from the waiting area at the time of your appointment.

Reviews & Feedback

We value your feedback as it helps us to provide you with the best quaity of service.
Karen Maddock-Jones
Gareth has been encouraging, supportive and very, very patient in assisting with my rehabilitation. Have recently completed my first cycle tour since my accident. Could not have done it without his help and support with my rehab.
Tracey Harvey
I cannot rate Gareth highly enough. He is a super talented, highly qualified physiotherapist. I have a back problem and Gareth uses a mixture of manipulation and acupuncture to relieve the pressure and pain in my back. He’s very professional, and really wants to help.
Richard Powell
Great service, knowledgeable and friendly staff, follow-up plan provided and refreshingly was advised that one session may be enough - no attempts to "push" additional sessions. Would recommend.
Sue Lawless
Just had a session of Hyaluronic Acid injections on both of my knees. The procedure was very quick, no pain and Gareth did a very good job. For anybody with similar problems with their knees a good first attempt at the pain relief.
