We are extremely pleased to have Kim as part of our team. She has a wealth of knowledge and experience in treatment of a wide variety of chronic pain conditions, including neck pain, sciatica, frozen shoulder, lower back, osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, fibromyalgia as well as many other conditions including hayfever, IBS and migraine. Kim has a Masters Degree in Acupuncture, as well as a Degree in Physiotherapy. She has worked in specialist pain clinics in the NHS for many years. She is highly regarded by her physiotherapy colleagues, pain consultants and patients.
As well as treating patients interested in utilizing her acupuncture knowledge. She has also served on the committee for the Acupuncture Association of Chartered Physiotherapists (1999‐2008). Kim is also trained as an Expert Witness in physiotherapy and acupuncture (Chartered Society of Physiotherapy 2003).
Kim combines her experience and professional education into patient focused treatment and rehabilitation. She incorporates her knowledge of acupuncture, pain theory, physiotherapy and motivational coaching to treat patients with a wide variety of conditions.
Kim's current role involves part time work in both the NHS and Private Practice. Her role in Physiotherapy & Rehabilitation at The Independent Physiotherapy Service involves her managing patient caseloads in clinics in South Wales. She also enjoys maintaining her NHS role managing the patients and staff in an Outpatient setting.
